By downloading or using this software, you declare that you, the user, accept all of the terms of this agreement with regard to using the Test Servlets, WebTest and Decoder hereinafter known as Software produced by Science Academy Software.

1. Science Academy Software grants a non-exclusive non-transferable non-assignable limited license, without right to sublicense, to you the User, for a finite period of time to use Software subject to the terms in this agreement.

2. User recognizes that the Software, in whole and in part, is intellectual property of Science Academy Software and protected by U.S. Copyright laws and international treaties.

3. User may not sell, distribute, copy or duplicate Software and associated documentation in whole or in part. The use of this Software is for one user on one computer and cpu; no multiple installations.

4. User may not make changes to Software, programs or any of the .class or. jar files and promises not to de-compile, alter code or reverse-engineer servlets..

5. Science Academy Software reserves the right to refuse licensing and use of the Software. Science Academy Software may terminate licensed use of this program, if terms and conditions of the agreement are violated.

6. Disclaimer of All Warranties and Liability To the extent not prohibited by law, Science Academy Software makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to this software, its quality, performance, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Science Academy Software is not responsible for any damages to you or your systems computer as a result of executing our software on your machine. User assumes all risks and liabilities of using this software. In no event will Science Academy Software be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect in the software even if Science Academy Software knew of said defect. Software is provided "AS IS". Software versions can change without notice.

7. User may not use Software for inappropriate purposes (e.g. pornography, hate, racial bias, terrorism, or profanity).

8. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of New York.

9. By viewing, downloading or otherwise copying the Software, you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
